I teach Adighebza to children at the Circassian Benevolent Association (CBA) of New Jersey. This is the хасэ that serves Adighas living in the area. Currently, we are only able to provide classes one day a week (on Sundays).
Recently, parents asked whether I could prepare materials for children to review while at home. As a result, I took the main body of Dialogue One in my Adighebza for Beginners series and turned it into a cartoon oriented towards children. As I continue to point out, I have no formal training in Adighebza, linguistics, education or multi-media design, so consider this an experiment. Feedback is always welcome!
By the way, I used a web-based animation platform called GoAnimate to develop this cartoon. As a result, I am not able to host it on Youtube. I have embedded the movie here on my web site, and you can also view the move at its direct link here.
You will notice that there is an option to download the video. Please note that the download fee is charged by GoAnimate. I have nothing to do with this download fee, and I am not able to provide the video for free. None of the money from this video comes to me in any way. That said, it is pretty inexpensive, and you can decide whether you want to download it for yourself.
As always, feedback is welcome! |
